Can London Olympics 2012 Be A Better Blogging Event?
Wow, we have finally seen how the London Olympics 2012 opening ceremony was and I was really happy to see how all the 200 plus nations are all teamed up to start the game on the 28th July 2012 at 9am London time. This is the 3rd time London is hosting the Olympic games and this time with a lot of Team GB athletes competing in all the different games hosted by London could bring a lot of medals to the team. Now the question to ask it "How will the London 2012 Olympics be a better blogging event for all the internet and online marketers and bloggers around the world?"
Blogging is all about bring news to the world in your own view and what you think or comment about any event that is happening around presently. Take the example of any online news website such as BBC, CNN, Fox News etc, why are they getting a lot of popularity and why there are tons of visitors everyday? The simple answer is because they bring something new everyday for their readers.
How London Olympics 2012 Relates To Blogging?
When you have your own blog (like mine) its all about what you bring for your reader all the time and who are your target audience. The reason I am writing about London Olympics 2012 is because it is one of the greatest event that is happening right now and there is a lot of buzz going on around the world and the online.
This London 2012 Olympics games for 17 days will have a lot of stuffs to write about, if you are a full-time blogger and bring the latest news may be just briefly would be something new for your reader but it has to have your own views and feedbacks as to what you think of a particular game or an athlete.
I really enjoyed the opening ceremony (started around 9pm on the 27th July 2012) and liked the way the olympic torch inspired the young generation athletes and how the multiple frame joined together to become one big flame representing all the 200 plus nations joined together to form a big athletic event of the year. Great concept and credit goes to the designer who put a lot of thought into this.
Really like the James Bond movie and the best was Rowan Atkinson playing the piano and trying to distract other musicians and making funny faces. It was a true British sense in the opening ceremony and overall it was fun, bright and had a lot of energy into it.
I may not have a lot of time to write on every event, but will certainly try to bring some of the games that I will be look to watch in these few days. I haven't got the time out to look into the games schedules but I will soon find the time to watch some of my favourite games.
I wish all the 200+ nations that are competing in these Olympic games all the best and wish everyone desires and hopes comes true. If you would like to wish a particular nation or an athlete feel free to leave your comments below.
